Go Lead @ Cambridge

The Go Lead @ Cambridge leadership programme was designed to develop Gate One's Principals, Client Directors and Partners for the next stage of their growth in order to equip them with personal and team leadership skills. The programme’s overall aim was to support participants through their individual and collective leadership journeys, as well as creating lasting impact to Gate One’s people, their clients, and the firm. The programme had a core focus on leadership models and behaviours.

The programme allowed participants to immerse themselves in the special academic community that Cambridge has to offer. It also engaged the expertise that sits in Gate One, with co-delivery across modules to ensure that the best of Gate One is combined with all that the Møller Institute had to offer.
