Global Leadership Development Program

The Suntory Global Leadership Development Program (GLDP), in collaboration with the Møller Institute, marks the sixth iteration of the programme. Tailored annually to address the evolving needs and logistical capabilities of participants and global challenges, the programme structure and content have been adapted each year to ensure continued relevance and impact.

Leaders represented a diverse range of business units within the organisation including Suntory Beverage and Food Europe (SBFE), Pepsi Bottling Ventures (PBV), Suntory Global Spirits (SGS), Suntory Beverage and Food Asia Pacific (SBFAP), Suntory Holdings (SHD) and Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage (SPVB).

The programme was structured as three comprehensive modules, running from September 2024 to May 2025. Throughout this period, participants experienced a blend of immersive learning experiences, practical leadership exercises, and collaborative projects, all aimed at fostering global leadership competencies and cross-cultural collaboration.
