Cambridge Advanced Executive Coaching Programme

The Cambridge Advanced Executive Coaching Programme is a highly experiential and interactive programme for international cohorts of coaches.

Participants built the confidence to remain client-focused within the context of the business and systemic environments, and to be capable of achieving significant outcomes in a manner that supports raised performance and contributes to organisational culture.

A key feature of this programme includes multiple opportunities for coaching practice in each module, with feedback from professional coaches and peers. Furthermore, participants benefitted from being coached by their peers through these practice sessions, contributing to their own personal growth and allowing participants to experience different coaches. The programme focused on deepening coaching ability from transactional goal-setting and achievement, to more profound transformational coaching where coachees discoved more about themselves to make long-lasting impact, allowing coaches to add unique value to senior leaders.

The programme is accredited with the Association for Coaching to Advanced Diploma level, and includes an accelerated application process to become an Accredited Coach with the Association for Coaching.
